After a short fight after diagnosis with Cancer my mum passed away on 20th October 2022 at home where she wanted to be. This would not have been possible without the compassionate care that she received from Dr Kershaws "Caring Hands Service" and the "Hospice at Home team". These dedicated professionals are never more than a phone call away and made the last two weeks of my mums life as easy as possible for everyone. We owe them a huge THANK YOU! which didnt seem enough, so we have dedicated this badge to her memory.
